Safflower Oil

Nexcel safflower oils are perfect for food products requiring extended shelf stability such as snack foods and baked goods. The high-oleic acid content of high-oleic safflower oil makes it among the most naturally-stable oils available that fights against oxidative rancidity. Linoleic safflower oil is an excellent source of heart-healthy omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Safflower oils are used for nutritional, cosmetic and culinary applications.
